Charles is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em Horns!). He holds a degree in Business and a degree in Government.
He has over 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. He knows the neighborhoods and communities in San Diego. So he understands what it takes to find the right place at the right price.
